Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our work, contact Lif-Tech within the time limit set by the Terms of Payment as indicated on our Invoice, and upon your request, we will refund or credit labor costs for the job in question.

The labor refunded or credited may consist of a combination of labor and travel time or cartage (if applicable) up to a maximum of four (4) hours total. Each refund or credit may be only used once per invoice, and labor or cartage may not be accrued from previous or subsequent invoices. If the combination of Labor and Travel time and cartage (if applicable) does not equal four (4) hours, Lif-Tech shall not be required to furnish the difference thereof. This guarantee applies only to labor or cartage as they appear on the Invoice, and does not include Parts; Inbound Freight; Outside Contract Labor or Services (if applicable), any additional Restocking Fees, Core Charges, Surcharges, Illinois Sales Tax, or any Fees or Charges other than Labor and Cartage not previously credited.

This guarantee is good for as long as you are a Lif-Tech Customer, and does not void any existing warranties; explicit or implicit. However, Lif-Tech reserves the right to discontinue this Guarantee in its whole, at anytime.
